Salary: USD 500 per month plus performance bonuses. The INR 48,054 shown in the salary field is an approximate currency equivalent; the base salary is USD 500.
Responsibilities
- Find and recruit suitable TikTok LIVE creators through social platforms and online communities.
- Explain the agency opportunity clearly, follow up with interested creators and support onboarding.
- Build robust creator relationships and keep recruitment records up to date.
- Coordinate with the team to support creator activation and recruitment goals.
Requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with TikTok LIVE and creator communities.
- Good English; additional languages are a plus.
- Recruitment, sales, business development or live-streaming agency experience is preferred.
- Reliable internet and the ability to work independently from home.
