- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :-

1. Diagnose & troubleshoot Laptop/Desktop issues
2. Hardware & Software troubleshooting
3. Windows, Drivers & Software Installation
4. RAM / SSD / HDD / Display / Keyboard / Battery troubleshooting
5. Desktop Assembly & Custom PC Building
6. Hardware Upgrades & Component Replacement
7. System Testing & Preventive Maintenance
8. Customer Handling & Technical Support

- WE'RE LOOKING FOR:-

1. Basic knowledge of Laptop & Desktop Hardware
2. Valuable understanding of Windows & Software
3. Problem-solving attitude




4. Good communication skills in Hindi & Bengali
5. Responsible, adaptive & proactive
6. Experienced candidates preferred; Motivated Freshers can also apply!
