Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications, and coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, consultants, and the project team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction practices, good communication skills, and the ability to manage site activities while maintaining quality, safety, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site workers.
- Check and maintain the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timelines.
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, measurements, and other required documentation.
- Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and billing.
- Review drawings and identify any discrepancies or technical issues.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve site-related technical problems.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools,



and equipment.
- Monitor compliance with construction safety procedures and site regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
- Maintain proper records of materials, work progress, and site activities.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Perform other duties related to the project as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- [1–5] years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and basic estimation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
