Customer Service Representative – Voice Process

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full time | Work from Office
Process: Inbound & Outbound Voice
Shift: Day Shift
Openings: 10
Joining: Immediate

Salary: ₹18,000/month for Freshers | ₹20,000/month for Experienced

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

- Graduates – Freshers can apply.
- 12th pass with 1+ year customer service experience.
- Hindi & English communication required.
- Kannada/Tamil preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Age: 18–30 years.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
