Profile: Sales Executive

Experience: 2-5 years in field sales, preferably in specialty/dye intermediate/industrial chemicals or allied B2B manufacturing sectors

About the job role:

Looking for a dynamic Field Sales professional to drive business growth across assigned territories. This role offers direct exposure to the specialty chemicals trade & is a client-facing role

Roles:

Plan and execute regular field visits across the assigned territory to meet existing clients and prospect new business opportunities Independently identify, approach and onboard new customer accounts through direct, in-person relationship-building Understand client requirements on-ground (product specifications, volumes, delivery timelines) and translate them into actionable sales opportunities Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms directly with clients, and drive deals to closure Build long-term,



trust-based relationships with clients through after-sales follow-up Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment aligns with client timelines Monitor and report on competitor activity, market pricing trends and emerging opportunities gathered through field intelligence Resolve client queries, complaints and payment follow-ups promptly to maintain robust customer relationships Maintain disciplined daily/weekly field visit reports, sales pipeline tracking and MIS reporting to management Represent the company at industry trade fairs, exhibitions and client meetings as required Qualification:

Graduate (Chemistry/Science background strongly preferred) / MBA-Marketing preferred Prior experience in chemical, dye, or industrial B2B sales will be an added advantage Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
