Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and handle multiple hiring requirements across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.

* Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.

* Coordinate with hiring managers and manage stakeholder communication.

* Handle multiple positions and ensure timely closures.

* Manage salary negotiation, offer follow-ups, and joining formalities.

* Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS.

* Support and guide junior recruiters when required.





Required Skills

* Robust sourcing and recruitment skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

* Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.

* Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.

* Hands-on experience with recruitment portals.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
