HR Recruiter Intern – Work From Home

Job Type: 1-Month Paid Internship

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Communicate job requirements and employment opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and performance objectives.
- Ensure qualified communication throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; however, prior calling experience is mandatory.
- English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Stipend & Performance-Based Incentives

- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000.
