About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to be stationed at customer premises and coordinate multiple ICT infrastructure project activities across various customer sites.

The role requires a combination of technical understanding, project coordination, customer relationship management, vendor/contractor coordination and strong reporting discipline.

The candidate will act as the central coordination point between the customer's local teams, internal project teams, vendors, contractors and field engineers, ensuring that activities are planned, executed, monitored and closed within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day project activities across assigned customer locations.

Understand project scope, deliverables, timelines and dependencies.

Prepare activity plans and execution schedules.

Coordinate availability of:

Internal engineers

Customer teams

OEM/vendor resources

Contractors

Materials/equipment

Monitor site readiness before commencement of activities.

Track project milestones and deliverables.

Identify delays, dependencies and risks at an early stage.

Escalate issues appropriately and drive them towards closure.

Customer Coordination

Maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders.

Develop solid working relationships with customer IT/OT, plant and administration teams.

Understand customer expectations and translate them into actionable activities.

Conduct regular status discussions.

Handle day-to-day customer concerns professionally.





Assist in resolving customer escalations.

Maintain a calm and solution-oriented approach during difficult situations.

Vendor / Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and contractors.

Schedule manpower and site visits.

Ensure resources arrive with required tools/materials.

Monitor contractor productivity and work quality.

Track pending activities and punch points.

Follow up until complete closure.

Ensure vendors submit required documentation.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a live view of project execution status.

This includes:

Daily activity tracker.

Site-wise progress report.

Project dashboard.

Planned vs. actual completion.

Open issues.

Pending dependencies.

Material status.

Manpower/resource status.

Exception reporting.

Risk/issue register.

Punch-point tracker.

UAT status.

Customer sign-off status.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint is expected.

Knowledge of project management/monitoring tools will be an advantage.

Site Execution & Closure

Monitor implementation activities at customer sites.

Ensure work is executed according to approved scope.

Coordinate testing and commissioning.

Arrange UAT with customer teams.

Track defects/punch points.

Coordinate rectification.

Obtain customer acceptance/sign-off.

Ensure project documentation is completed.

Ensure project closure is properly documented.

IT / Infrastructure Knowledge

The candidate does not necessarily need to be an L2 engineer,



but should understand the fundamentals of ICT infrastructure, including:

LAN/WAN.

Structured cabling.

Fiber optic networks.

Switches.

Routers.

Firewalls/UTM.

Wireless.

Racks.

Server/network infrastructure.

Basic IP networking.

IT infrastructure deployment lifecycle.

ITIL / Process Knowledge

Knowledge of ITIL concepts and service-management processes is an advantage.

Understanding of:

Incident management.

Change management.

Problem management.

Service request.

Escalation management.

SLA management.

would be beneficial.

Required Experience

4–5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

ICT infrastructure projects.

Network implementation.

Structured cabling projects.

Data centre projects.

Enterprise IT infrastructure.

Plant/industrial IT infrastructure.

System integration projects.

Project coordination.

Field project management.

Behavioural Competencies

This position requires a strong coordinator and communicator.

Candidate should demonstrate:

Education

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Project management / ITIL certification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
