**HR MANAGER – MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY**

Location:** Nagpur

Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience:** Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end **HR operations** for the manufacturing unit.

- Handle **payroll processing, attendance, leave & employee records**.

- Ensure **HR statutory compliance** and maintain necessary documentation.

- Manage **employee grievances, disciplinary matters & conflict resolution**.

- Handle **labour liaisoning** and coordinate with labour-related authorities.

- Supervise **canteen services** and employee welfare activities.

- Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.

- Maintain HR reports, MIS and other required documentation.

### Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of **Payroll, Compliance & Labour Laws**.

- Good communication and employee-handling skills.

- Experience in **manufacturing/plant HR** will be preferred.

- Ability to handle employee grievances and labour-related matters independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
