Payment Management

Review and verify all payment requests and supporting documents.

Check approvals, accuracy, and completeness before payment processing.

Coordinate with relevant teams for timely payments.

Month-End & Year-End Book Closing

Handle monthly and year-end closing for all entities across three countries.

Ensure all provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments are completed on time.

Follow up on outstanding items required for closing.

iDine ERP Management & Training

Monitor accounting entries and finance transactions in iDine software.

Train other team members on making proper entries in iDine.

Ensure compliance with the established P2P and accounting processes.

Reconciliations & Financial Control

Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.





Review ledger balances and identify discrepancies.

Ensure proper accounting controls and documentation are maintained.

Financial Reporting

Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other financial analysis as required.

General Finance Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities across all entities.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors.

Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Perform other finance-related responsibilities as required by the business.

Pay: ₹74,805.67 - ₹77,566.74 per month
