Project Manager – Architect | Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
- Review and approve designs, drawings, specifications and project documents.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and site progress.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design/construction-related issues.
- Ensure projects meet client requirements, building standards and deadlines.

Key Skills / Requirements

- M.Arch / M.Plan with relevant project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software.
- Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
