Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Expert
Experience: 6 Months+ Full-Time OR 2 Years Freelance Experience
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for finding and connecting with potential business clients through digital outreach channels and converting prospects into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online research to find relevant business prospects.
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, Google and other platforms.
- Conduct email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
- Prepare personalized messages for different prospects.
- Use AI tools for prospect research, content creation and outreach.
- Track responses, follow-ups and lead status.
- Identify decision-makers such as founders, HRs,



sales heads and managers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of lead-generation activities.

Required Skills:

- Lead generation and prospecting experience.
- Knowledge of email and WhatsApp outreach.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using AI-based productivity tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
