- Conduct theory and practical nursing classes.
- Provide clinical training and supervise students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance.
- Mentor students in academic and clinical development.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, research, and departmental activities.
