Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Café / Fast Food Cook to join our restaurant team. The candidate should have good knowledge of preparing fast food and café-style dishes while maintaining consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare fast food and café items according to standard recipes.
- Handle kitchen operations during normal and peak hours.
- Maintain food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and service staff.
- Maintain consistency in taste and quality.
- Support menu preparation and introduce current dishes when required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in fast food, café, restaurant, or QSR kitchen.
- Knowledge of items such as burgers, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, momos, fries, rolls, Chinese/fast food, etc.
- Ability to work quickly during busy hours.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to follow recipes and standard measurements.
- Teamwork and a positive attitude.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

- कैफे के फास्ट फूड एवं अन्य मेन्यू आइटम तैयार करना।

- ऑर्डर के अनुसार समय पर खाना तैयार करना।
- किचन की साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
- सब्जी, मसाले एवं अन्य सामग्री की सही तैयारी और स्टोरेज करना।
- खाद्य सामग्री की बर्बादी कम करना।
- किचन के उपकरणों का सुरक्षित उपयोग करना।
- व्यस्त समय में तेज गति और व्यवस्थित तरीके से काम करना।
- किचन हेल्पर एवं अन्य स्टाफ के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
- फूड सेफ्टी एवं हाइजीन के नियमों का पालन करना।

आवश्यक कौशल:





- फास्ट फूड/कैफे/रेस्टोरेंट में काम करने का अनुभव।
- बर्गर, पिज्जा, सैंडविच, पास्ता, मोमोज, फ्राइज, रोल, चाइनीज आदि बनाने का ज्ञान।
- अच्छी स्पीड और प्रेशर में काम करने की क्षमता।
- साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन की अच्छी समझ।
- रेसिपी और निर्धारित मात्रा के अनुसार खाना बनाने की क्षमता।
- टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने का अच्छा व्यवहार।
