We are looking for a hands-on Senior SEO & Client Performance Strategist to join our team. In this critical, client-facing role, you will act as a "first responder" for underperforming SEO accounts. You will be responsible for diagnosing performance gaps, validating data integrity, and creating high-impact recovery roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Monitoring: Conduct monthly performance reviews for assigned SEO clients, focusing deeply on those classified as "Caution" or "Underperforming".1
- Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy across platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console, CRM, and call-tracking) to distinguish between genuine performance issues and measurement discrepancies.
- Root-Cause Diagnosis: Investigate underperformance across technical SEO, conversion paths, and broader business factors (e.g., budget changes, seasonality, or client operations).
- Strategic Planning: Develop practical improvement plans that prioritize high-impact actions. You will maintain an action tracker to ensure accountability, tracking progress and blocking issues until resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to provide clear, actionable performance narratives to clients.



You will work across delivery teams (Content, Dev, PPC, etc.) to implement necessary changes.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues to develop diagnostic checklists, recovery playbooks, and training materials, contributing to the overall quality standards of the agency.

What You Bring

- Experience: 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within a digital marketing agency.1
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO, plus content strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Robust proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex CRM and call-tracking data.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional root-cause analysis and commercial judgment, with the ability to translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct managerial authority.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
