About Loreto

Loreto is a fast-growing, design-driven home furnishing brand focused on creating thoughtfully designed bedding and lifestyle products.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across Indian marketplaces, with a primary focus on Myntra and Flipkart.

This is a hands-on role for someone with practical marketplace experience who can independently handle day-to-day operations, maintain catalogue health, support advertising campaigns, and contribute to the growth of our online business.

We are looking for someone who is committed to the role, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is interested in building a long-term career in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Loreto’s presence on Myntra, Flipkart, and other Indian marketplaces such as Meesho and JioMart as we expand.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and catalogue details.
- Handle Myntra and Flipkart seller panels and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
- Run and monitor basic to mid-level PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.
- Maintain catalogue and listing health, including pricing, inventory, product content, and keyword relevance.
- Track daily sales, returns, inventory, and account performance, and prepare reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with platform Category Managers and Account Managers, and manage escalations and support tickets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to improve marketplace performance and execute business requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution of marketplace operations.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Myntra and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Strong practical knowledge of Myntra’s seller panel, catalogue management, and marketplace operations is mandatory.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PPC and marketplace advertising.
- Practical experience in listing creation, catalogue uploads, and product content management.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel, including sorting, filters, and basic formulas.
- Good understanding of marketplace inventory, pricing, sales tracking, and account health.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple SKUs.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati and English.
- A dedicated, responsible, and proactive approach toward work.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Exposure to Amazon Seller Central or quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Understanding of A+ content, enhanced content, and basic image/infographic briefs.
- Experience in the home furnishing or lifestyle category.
- Familiarity with marketplace performance metrics and advertising reports.
