To ensure the release of Raw Materials in alignment with approved specifications, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards, while upholding safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
B. Key Role Tasks
- To oversee Quality Control (Raw Material Section) operations and ensure full compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
- Hands-on knowledge and operation of QC instruments such as UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Viscometer and other relevant laboratory instruments.
- Handling of ERP software.
- Review of raw data of analysis for Raw Material products.
- Preparation of COA of Raw Material.
- Knowledge of UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Viscometer, HPLC.
- Knowledge about sampling and testing of raw materials as per guidelines.
- Documentation as per current GLP requirements.
- Raw material approval for uninterrupted operations.
- Handling of RM Control samples.
