Job Description – Cardiologist (MBBS + Diploma in Cardiology)

Position: Cardiologist / Consultant Cardiology
Qualification: MBBS + Diploma in Cardiology (or equivalent recognized qualification)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Basti / Sant Kabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable / As per experience

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases and disorders.
- Conduct OPD consultations and provide inpatient cardiac care.
- Interpret ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, Holter monitoring, and other cardiac investigations.
- Manage conditions such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and other cardiac emergencies.
- Provide preventive cardiology consultations and lifestyle counselling.
- Coordinate with physicians, intensivists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and maintain accurate patient records.
- Participate in emergency and critical cardiac care services as required.
- Follow hospital protocols,



patient safety standards, and medical ethics.

Required Skills

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in cardiology.
- Expertise in interpreting cardiac diagnostic tests.
- Excellent patient communication and counselling abilities.
- Ability to manage cardiac emergencies effectively.
- Good teamwork and decision-making skills.

Eligibility

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Diploma in Cardiology or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid medical registration.
- Relevant experience in cardiology practice preferred.
