Requirment of :

1. Executive/ Sous chef :

Food Cost & Wastage: Maintain food cost within budget and wastage below 2–3%.

Food Quality & Consistency: Maintain consistent taste, portion size, presentation and recipe standards.

Hygiene & Food Safety: Achieve 95%+ hygiene audit compliance with zero major food-safety violations.

Kitchen Efficiency: Maintain order accuracy above 98% and meet defined preparation/service-time standards.

Team & Inventory Management: Control stock variance, ensure FIFO, staff discipline, training and SOP compliance.

2. PAN Asian chef (CDP/Sr.CDP) Should have a thorough knowledge of Sushi/Japanese/Korean etc cuisine with minimum experience of 10yrs

3. 2 Commi 1 pan asian 5 to 6 yrs of experience

4. 1 Pizzeria Chef should have excellent knowladge of all types of pizzas making and continental department, minimum experience 6 to 8 yrs.

5. F&B; Manager :

1. Should have excellent knowledge of F&B; services.

2. Valuable communication skills and Team Managment.

3. Responsible for resturant revenue and P&L.;

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
