Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) SME to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Hardware Asset Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will act as the functional and technical expert for HAM Pro, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management, compliance, data accuracy, process automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
2. Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations
3. To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
4.



Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
5. To provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given setting so as to lead to business results.

Skill Requirements

ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation and administration. • CMDB and Asset Management expertise. • ServiceNow ITSM platform knowledge. • Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items. • Discovery and IntegrationHub. • REST/SOAP integrations. • Asset Lifecycle Management and ITAM best practices. • Data Normalization and Reconciliation.

Other Requirements

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) • ITIL Foundation v4 • ServiceNow ITAM Fundamentals
