Hiring – Food Cost Controller
Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing
Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad
Job Description:
- Monitor and control food/raw material costs and production expenses.
- Prepare and maintain BOM, recipe costing, and product cost sheets.
- Track raw material consumption, wastage, and variance.
- Compare actual cost vs. standard cost and identify deviations.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Store, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain accurate costing records and prepare regular cost reports.
- Support management in improving cost efficiency and reducing wastage.
Qualification: Graduate / B.Com
Experience: 2–5 years in Food Costing, Cost Control, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing.
