BEAZ Electronics LLP is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable technical solutions, preparing and following up quotations, and developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and other industry professionals.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a strong interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV, Security, Networking, AV and Building Automation solutions.
- Generate leads through client visits, referrals, consultants, contractors, builders, architects and other market channels.
- Meet customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for solution design.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations and presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing sales opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations when required.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and suppliers for product selection and pricing.
- Negotiate with customers and support management in closing orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop current accounts.




- Coordinate with project and technical teams during project handover and execution.
- Maintain sales reports, lead status and opportunity pipelines.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
- Previous experience in ELV, IT, Security Systems, Networking, AV or Building Automation sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good technical understanding and strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and preparation of quotations/proposals.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, confident and willing to meet clients and develop new business.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
