About the Role

We are looking for a CA Intern / CA Article Assistant to join our Advocate & CA Firm. The candidate will work closely with the legal, taxation and accounts team and gain practical exposure to GST, Income Tax, TDS, accounting, audit, compliance, financial documentation and business advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and review of GST returns, TDS returns and Income Tax-related compliances.
- Assist with accounting, bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation and financial statements.
- Support in preparation of tax computations, working papers and audit documentation.
- Assist in GST reconciliation, GSTR-1/GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and ITC-related work.
- Assist in handling income-tax notices, GST notices and departmental correspondence under supervision.
- Support statutory, internal and tax audit assignments.
- Prepare and maintain working papers, client records, compliance trackers and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with clients for collection and verification of financial and statutory documents.
- Assist the Advocate/CA team in legal, tax and corporate compliance research and documentation.
- Assist in preparation of reports, statements, quotations, invoices and other professional documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial, tax, legal and business information.




- Perform other professional assignments as may be allocated by the Advocate/CA.

Skills & Qualifications

- CA Inter / CA Final student or eligible CA Article Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally/ accounting software and MS Office.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain proper documentation.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Professional conduct and strict confidentiality are essential.
