The Manpower Hiring Field Officer will be responsible for sourcing and hiring suitable candidates for Security Guard and Housekeeping positions, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, mobilizing selected candidates, and supporting their deployment at client sites.

The candidate must be comfortable with field recruitment, local-area sourcing, travelling, and handling manpower targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for Security Guard and Housekeeping manpower requirements.
- Conduct field recruitment activities in villages, towns, markets, bus stands, and other potential sourcing areas.
- Identify and develop new local candidate sources.
- Make recruitment calls and follow up with interested candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening based on age, experience, location, salary expectations, and job suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews and selection.
- Maintain candidate details, follow-ups, selection status, and joining updates.
- Mobilize selected candidates for document verification and joining.
- Coordinate with the HR team regarding candidate selection and deployment.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they successfully join the assigned site.
- Support urgent manpower requirements and achieve hiring targets within the given timeline.
- Build a strong local manpower database for future requirements.
- Travel to different areas for recruitment and manpower mobilization as required.




- Submit daily recruitment and field activity reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Field Recruitment, Manpower Hiring, Staffing, Security Recruitment, Housekeeping Recruitment, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in bulk manpower recruitment will be preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to source candidates through field visits, referrals, local contacts, posters, WhatsApp groups, and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to handle recruitment targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and candidate reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates with previous experience as Recruitment Field Officer, Field Recruiter, Manpower Recruiter, Staffing Executive, Recruitment Executive, HR Recruiter, Security Recruiter, Housekeeping Recruiter, or Manpower Mobilizer are encouraged to apply.
