10-15+ years of relevant experience in water and wastewater process design. Roles:
Lead process design for STP, ETP, WTP and water-reuse projects. Develop process schemes, PFDs, P&IDs;, mass balances and hydraulic profiles. Perform and review tank, equipment, pump, blower and chemical-dosing sizing. Select treatment technologies based on influent quality, treated-water standards, CAPEX, OPEX and footprint. Review process designs, vendor submissions, specifications and engineering deliverables. Support tenders and technical proposals with process calculations, BOQs and CAPEX/OPEX inputs. Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants and PMCs. Support commissioning, performance testing and plant optimisation. Develop design standards, templates and engineering methodologies. Lead, mentor and review the process-design team. Handle complete process design and provide technical support for STP/ETP projects. Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Biotechnology or related engineering discipline Solid experience in STP, ETP and advanced wastewater-treatment processes.
