Klick Media Labs is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to promote digital marketing services to businesses across India.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining services, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to businesses across India to promote digital marketing services.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Explain services such as SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website development, and social media marketing.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and sales calls for the business development team.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
