Job Purpose:
Lead diagnostic services across facilities, ensuring reliable, timely and quality pathology and radiology services with appropriate technical standards, reporting and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead pathology and radiology services across all Jio Arogya facilities and ensure defined diagnostic standards are maintained.
- Establish and monitor diagnostic SOPs, protocols, testing processes, reporting standards and quality controls.
- Oversee laboratory and radiology teams, including staffing, technical guidance, rosters and service availability.
- Ensure proper sample collection, handling, processing, testing, reporting and timely dispatch of diagnostic results.
- Monitor critical, abnormal and delayed reports and ensure timely escalation and clinical follow-up.
- Oversee diagnostic equipment, calibration, maintenance, breakdowns and technical readiness in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure availability and appropriate use of reagents, consumables and other diagnostic requirements in coordination with Supply Chain.
- Coordinate with Medical Services and Operations for investigations, referrals, patient requirements and continuity of care.
- Monitor diagnostic quality, turnaround time (TAT),



sample rejection, reporting accuracy and other diagnostic KPIs.
- Lead investigation of diagnostic errors, discrepancies, sample rejection and quality issues and ensure corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laboratory/radiology standards, safety requirements, biomedical waste procedures and accreditation requirements.
- Support internal, regulatory and accreditation audits and closure of observations.
- Review diagnostic MIS and performance trends and drive service improvement initiatives.
- Support training and competency development of laboratory and radiology staff.

Qualification & Experience:

- MD/DNB Pathology or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Qualification in Radiology preferred for applicable scope.
- Relevant senior experience in diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, radiology or multi-centre diagnostic services.
- Knowledge of NABL/NABH or applicable diagnostic standards preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
