JOB DESCRIPTION – TALLY CALLER Position: Tally Caller Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Employment Type: Full time Eligibility Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Good English communication skills Positive verbal and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Freshers can apply Candidates with calling/customer-handling experience will be preferred Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers/leads. Explain products, services, or relevant information clearly. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. Handle customer queries professionally. Maintain calling records and update customer information. Coordinate with the sales/operations team. Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.



Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
