Detailed Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and DBT for pharmaceutical analytics projects.
- Implement and optimize data integration workflows on AWS cloud platforms, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Apply Gen AI implementation patterns to deliver advanced analytics and AI-driven insights for pharma clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, business analysts, pharma domain experts) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, proactively addressing issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and reusability.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance analytics capabilities.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Python development, with a strong understanding of data engineering concepts.
- Hands-on expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, etc.).
- Experience in implementing Gen AI (Generative AI) patterns and solutions.
- Familiarity with pharma industry processes, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
