We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Physiotherapist with strong Orthopedic experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and handle a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients and develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy interventions, particularly for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
- Guide and supervise junior physiotherapists/support staff where required.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and professional practices.




- Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and rehabilitation.

Requirements

- BPT/MPT
- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle and coordinate a team.
- Strong patient-care orientation and professional conduct.
- Candidates from hospital/clinical settings preferred.
