About the Role:
We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 1-3 years of experience who wants to build real products, solve practical engineering problems, and grow into a Tech Lead over time.

You’ll work closely with our founders and CX/operations teams to build and improve Datastraw’s CRM, CX platform, AI solutions, integrations, and automation systems.

What You’ll Work On:

- Build and improve our internal CRM and CX platform
- Develop AI-powered features, agents, RAG, and automation workflows
- Build integrations with WhatsApp, Shopify, Meta, and Instagram
- Improve system reliability, security, performance, and scalability
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
- Gradually take ownership of technical planning, mentoring, and engineering processes

You’ll also work across:

- Supabase
- PostgreSQL
- Supabase Auth
- Edge Functions / RPCs
- Webhooks
- Qdrant
- OpenRouter
- DeepInfra
- LLM and AI APIs

You don’t need experience with every technology listed above.



Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn and work across a modern product stack matter more.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of backend, APIs, databases, and integrations
- Experience with React and modern web development
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Comfortable working with cloud platforms such as Supabase, AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Ability to understand existing systems and improve them
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in AI/LLMs and willingness to learn
