We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Secondary Economics Teacher to teach the Cambridge International curriculum. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-based Economics lessons and preparing students for Cambridge examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Economics to senior secondary students as per the Cambridge curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and concept-focused lessons.
- Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE / AS & A Level Economics examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage analytical, critical, and economic thinking among students.
- Maintain accurate academic records and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Stay updated with Cambridge curriculum requirements,
assessment patterns, and teaching methodologies.
Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with B.Ed. preferred/required as per school norms.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in senior secondary Economics.
- Cambridge curriculum experience (IGCSE / AS & A Level) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Economics concepts and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student learning and development.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
