Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and convert leads into orders.
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp customer queries.
- Explain products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain customer, lead, and order records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Support order tracking, returns, refunds, and basic complaints.




- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Share daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback.

- Razorveda: Personal Care, Skin Care, Hair Care & Wellness
- MySkinWise: Acne, Pigmentation & Anti-Aging Solutions
- Lennore India: Water Ionizers & RO+Ionizer Purifiers

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good Hindi communication; English is a plus.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp skills.
- Telecalling/sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
