Spanish Language Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Spanish Language Trainer to provide high-quality Spanish language training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish language proficiency and the ability to conduct engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Spanish language training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop structured lesson plans based on learner requirements.
- Teach Spanish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Cover Spanish proficiency levels such as A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2, depending on the training requirement.
- Conduct interactive speaking practice, conversations, role plays, and practical exercises.
- Help learners develop conversational and qualified Spanish communication skills.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practice exercises.
- Provide regular feedback and monitor learner progress.
- Prepare learners for Spanish proficiency examinations such as DELE or SIELE, where required.
- Conduct mock tests and examination preparation sessions.
- Adapt teaching methods according to individual learner needs.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the training program.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in the Spanish language.




- Minimum B2/C1 level proficiency; C1/C2 preferred.
- Prior experience as a Spanish Language Trainer, Instructor, Teacher, or Tutor.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain language concepts clearly and patiently.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Experience conducting online training using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams is preferred.
- Spanish language certification such as DELE, SIELE, or equivalent is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience preparing learners for DELE/SIELE examinations.
- Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate employees.
- Knowledge of Spanish business communication is an advantage.
- Experience teaching Spanish for career, travel, or employment purposes.
- Ability to provide practical and conversation-based training.
- Flexible availability for online or classroom sessions.
- Knowledge of Spanish-speaking cultures and business etiquette is an advantage.
