Job Overview:-

We are a growing PVC Panel & Interior Solutions firm looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, visiting construction sites, and pitching PVC wall panels, fluted panels, and false ceiling solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Client Engagement: Meet homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors to present product catalogues and samples.
- Product Pitching: Clearly explain product specifications, benefits (waterproof, termite-proof, durable, low maintenance), and cost efficiency to prospective buyers.
- Measurement & Quotation: Understand site dimensions, coordinate with the technical team for quotes, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain good rapport with existing clients and trade professionals for continuous business referrals.

Key Requirements:-

- Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–1 years in field sales (Prior experience in interior materials, hardware, building materials, or decorative items is an added advantage; enthusiastic freshers are welcome).
- Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) for field movements.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of local sales routes and smartphone operations (Google Maps, WhatsApp Business).
- Persuasive and result-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Perks:-

- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Commensurate with experience and interview performance).
