Cook – Full time

We are looking for an experienced and responsible cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food according to the menu and required quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage food preparation and basic kitchen inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in taste quality and presentation.

Requirements:

- Previous cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Kerala/Indian cuisine is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
