Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in data engineering technologies and be able to explain technical concepts through real-world projects and industry use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Data Engineering training sessions for beginners and experienced professionals.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises, and project assignments.
- Provide practical training using real-world data engineering scenarios.

- SQL and Advanced SQL
- Python for Data Engineering
- Data Modeling and Database Concepts

- CI/CD concepts for Data Engineering
- Provide hands-on coding exercises and real-time projects.
- Explain end-to-end data pipeline development and deployment.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
- Guide learners through portfolio projects and practical assignments.




- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare learners for technical interviews and relevant certifications where required.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering.
- Prior experience as a Data Engineer, Trainer, Consultant, or Technical Instructor.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Good knowledge of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark/PySpark.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Real-time project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow, Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Experience with data lake and lakehouse architectures.
- Knowledge of streaming and real-time data processing.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus.
- Experience training working professionals and corporate teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹509,901.12 - ₹1,872,696.25 per year
