JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) / Industrial Automation projects.

The candidate will be responsible for PLC/HMI programming, automation system integration, troubleshooting, testing, debugging and commissioning.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years of relevant PLC Programming / Industrial Automation experience
- SPM / Special Purpose Machine experience is mandatory
- Industrial Automation project experience is mandatory
- Hands-on PLC Programming experience is mandatory
- Experience in machine testing, debugging and commissioning
- Own vehicle is mandatory for site/customer visits
- Candidates must be willing to travel to customer sites for installation, programming and commissioning

CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF THEY HAVE EXPERIENCE ONLY IN:

- Maintenance
- Production
- Quality
- General Electrical Maintenance

Only candidates with relevant SPM / Industrial Automation / PLC Programming experience will be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC programs and ladder logic.
- Program and integrate PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo and VFD systems.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting of control panels, wiring and automation systems.
- Execute machine testing, debugging and commissioning.
- Handle on-site PLC programming, troubleshooting and customer support.




- Integrate automation systems and verify machine/process functionality.
- Work with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta and Pro-face PLC/HMI systems.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and project teams for timely project execution.
- Identify automation-related issues and implement corrective solutions.
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.

- E&TC;
- Instrumentation
- Relevant Engineering discipline

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

3+ years of relevant experience in PLC Programming / SPM / Industrial Automation.

SPM / Industrial Automation experience is mandatory.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Own vehicle mandatory for customer/site visits.
- Willingness to travel for installation, programming and commissioning work.

SALARY

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and technical expertise.
