Site Technician – Telecom

Job Responsibilities

- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and sites.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as assigned.
- Attend site breakdowns and resolve technical issues within the required timeline.
- Perform basic electrical, RF, transmission, and telecom equipment checks.
- Assist Site Engineers in installation, integration, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and PPE.
- Follow all safety procedures while working at telecom sites and towers.
- Maintain site activity reports, checklists, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Team for daily work activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- 10th Pass or above can apply.




- Freshers can also apply.
- Previous experience in telecom O&M; or installation will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing and physically fit to climb telecom towers.
- Willingness to travel to different telecom sites as required.
- Basic understanding of telecom/electrical equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work outdoors and in field conditions.

Job Type

Full time | Field-based

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
