We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee business strategy, operational efficiency, and performance management within the real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing processes, monitoring financial and operational performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor project progress, operational KPIs, and business targets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational best practices.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing,



finance, legal, and project execution teams.
- Track revenue, costs, profitability, and business performance metrics.
- Support strategic planning, business expansion, and current business initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth communication across departments.
