India Eye Hospital in Greater Noida is a social enterprise committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and high-volume eye care. Currently, we operate a modern facility located at Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida. Our current facility is NABH-accredited for eye care, ensuring adherence to recognized standards of safety and quality in healthcare delivery.

India Eye Hospital is committed to eliminating unnecessary blindness in Uttar Pradesh by establishing a network of modern eye hospitals and research centers across the state.

Operating in Greater Noida since 2023, we have already performed 3,000 cataract surgeries using Phaco. We plan to conduct 2,800 cataract surgeries in the next year, using Phaco techniques.

Over the next three years, we are setting up a Super Specialty Eye Hospital with 15 Operating Theaters and 12 Clinics in Greater Noida, Knowledge Park 3 on a seven-acre plot. We are being guided by LAICO – Aravind Eye Care System, Dr. Shroff’s Eye Hospital, Darya Ganj, Delhi and leading eye surgeons from USA.

Job Description: As a Recruitment Coordinator at India Eye Hospital, you will play a vital operational role bridging talent acquisition with seamless daily workforce management. Serving as the primary internal liaison for hospital staff, you will drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract top healthcare professionals and support employees through every stage of their employment journey, ensuring smooth administrative operations and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Role Breakdown

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (40%)

- End-to-End Hiring: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring medical staff (Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, nursing staff, technicians) and non-medical staff (front desk, administrative, finance).
- Job Postings & Sourcing: Drafting effective job descriptions and utilizing job portals, social media, local healthcare networks, and referral programs to attract talent.
- Selection Process:



Coordinating interview schedules with department heads and managing candidate feedback.
- Offer & Onboarding: Issuing offer letters, managing background verification, and conducting orientation/onboarding programs for current hires.

2. Onboarding, Offboarding & Separation Management (20%)

- Structured Onboarding: Conducting induction programs, setting up employee files, and facilitating smooth orientation for new hires.
- Offboarding & Exit Formalities: Managing the complete exit lifecycle, including resignation processing, conducting exit interviews, asset recovery, and coordinating full & final (F&F;) settlements with finance.
- Termination Cases: Tactfully and professionally managing involuntary separations, disciplinary actions, performance-based terminations, and legal compliance documentation in adherence to hospital policies and labor guidelines.

3. HR Operations & Administration (20%)

- Employee Records Maintenance: Maintaining accurate physical and digital personnel files (licenses, credentials, contracts, and attendance history).
- Attendance & Roster Tracking: Monitoring daily shifts, leave requests, attendance logs, and overtime in coordination with department heads.
- Payroll Support: Coordinating attendance and leave data with accounting for monthly salary processing.
- Statutory Compliance: Assisting in maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws, health & safety mandates, and NABH/hospital quality standards.

4. Employee Relations & Grievance Management (20%)

- Hospital Grievance Handling:



Serving as the confidential point of contact to resolve internal conflicts, inter-departmental friction (e.g., OT vs. OPD), and work-environment concerns.
- Workplace Harmony & POSH: Educating staff on hospital conduct, anti-harassment policies, and facilitating mediation to maintain a positive clinical work culture.
- Employee Engagement: Managing staff wellness, appreciation events, and routine feedback checks to maintain team morale.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Master’s in Social Work
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in HR operations and recruitment (experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setup is strongly preferred).
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good understanding of HR administration and payroll preparation processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential medical/employee information.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs).

Compensation (CTC): ₹4 LPA to 6 LPA with applicable deductions for mandatory taxes, provident fund, gratuity, etc.

Location: 17/2, Knowledge Park 3, LG Chowk, Greater Noida, entrance near IIMT college gate, Uttar Pradesh 201306.

To avoid commute time, we prefer to hire candidates willing to relocate to Noida/Greater Noida area.
