We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong B2B and Field Sales experience to join our team and work closely with OEM customers in the industrial and crane segment.

Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering — Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Crane OEMs and industrial customers
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking and market development
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Build long-term relationships with Purchase, Design, Production and Management teams
- Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals
- Manage sales enquiries, follow-ups and order execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer servicing and delivery
- Achieve sales targets through effective B2B and field sales activities
What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering — Mandatory
- Prior experience in OEM Sales / Industrial B2B Sales / Technical Sales
- Good understanding of the Crane / Material Handling Industry
- Strong exposure to Field Sales and customer visits
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development
Experience with industrial components, power transmission products, couplings, gearboxes, brakes, hoists or other crane-related products will be an added advantage.
