About the Role

Studio Black Brick is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can capture the real journey behind our architecture and interior design projects.

This is not just a desk-based social media role. The selected candidate will regularly visit project sites with the architect/design team, document ongoing work, capture client and architect discussions, shoot reels and videos, and turn everyday site activities into engaging social media content.

The goal is to showcase our projects, design process, site execution, client interactions, and behind-the-scenes journey in a professional and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel with the architect/design team to ongoing project sites.

- Shoot high-quality Reels, short-form videos, photographs and behind-the-scenes content.

- Record architect–client discussions, site meetings, design explanations and project walkthroughs.

- Create engaging content around architecture, interior design, construction and site execution.

- Develop ideas, concepts, hooks and scripts for Instagram Reels.

- Edit videos professionally for Instagram and other social media platforms.

- Add suitable music, captions, transitions, subtitles and graphics.

- Convert raw site footage into engaging and premium-looking content.

- Manage and regularly upload content on the company's Instagram account.

- Write captions, select hashtags and prepare content for posting.

- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across social media.

- Keep track of current Instagram/Reels trends and adapt them appropriately for the architecture and interior design industry.





- Coordinate with the architect/design team to plan upcoming content.

- Organize and maintain raw photos and video footage from different projects.

- Monitor basic social media performance and identify which type of content performs best.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

- Be comfortable travelling to different project sites.

- Be confident shooting videos using a smartphone and/or qualified camera.

- Have good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

- Have strong video-editing skills.

- Understand framing, lighting, camera angles and storytelling.

- Be comfortable interacting with architects, designers, contractors and clients.

- Have a creative mindset and be able to identify content opportunities while visiting a site.

- Be able to work independently and take ownership of content from shooting → editing → posting.

- Have an interest in architecture, interior design, luxury lifestyle or real-estate content.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva or similar editing software will be preferred.

Previous experience creating content for architects, interior designers, real-estate companies, construction companies, luxury brands or lifestyle businesses will be an advantage.

Key

This position involves regular on-site content creation, so candidates should be comfortable travelling locally and working outside the office when required.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply edit videos, but can understand what's happening on a project site and turn it into interesting, professional and engaging stories for social media.

Portfolio Required: Candidates should share examples of Reels, videos, Instagram pages or other content they have previously created while applying.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
