- Manage overall Quality Control & Food Safety activities at the dairy plant.
- Ensure quality testing of Milk, Dahi, Flavoured Milk and other dairy products.
- Monitor raw milk, raw materials, in-process and finished product quality.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & GHP standards.
- Assist/Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, testing instruments, and calibration records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Naroda Gidc, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
