Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, check, and store raw materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and daily inventory.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and monitor expiry dates.
- Issue materials to the kitchen as per requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Kitchen, and Operations teams.
- Minimize wastage, shortages, and stock variances.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, QSR, hotel, or F&B; environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and stock control.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/inventory software.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,546.52 - ₹22,549.58 per month
