Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, following up with leads, understanding client requirements, and assisting clients in finding suitable properties. The role involves regular client communication, property presentations, lead management, and coordinating property site visits.

Candidates should have valuable communication and negotiation skills, along with a basic understanding of real estate and sales. Prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads received through social media, property portals and other sources.
- Understand client requirements, budget and preferred locations.
- Suggest suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
