Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python backend development, frontend technologies, databases, APIs, and full-stack application development.

The trainer should be able to teach concepts through real-world projects and guide learners in building complete, production-style web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Python Full Stack Development training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and project assignments.
- Provide hands-on training using real-world application development scenarios.
- Cover key topics including:

- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Exception Handling
- File Handling and Modules
- Data Structures and Algorithms

- HTML5 and CSS3

- Prepare learners for technical interviews and coding assessments.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and project evaluations.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.
- Prior experience as a Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Trainer, or Technical Instructor.
- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development.
- Experience with React.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating frontend/backend applications.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Real-time full-stack project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Django REST Framework or FastAPI.
- Solid knowledge of React.js or Angular.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
- Experience with authentication technologies such as JWT and OAuth.
- Knowledge of microservices and application architecture is a plus.
- Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹381,757.12 - ₹1,638,592.78 per year
