VigorousONE is looking for highly proactive GovTech &; Project Management Consultants with 3–4 years of experience in e-Governance / Government IT / Digital Transformation consulting.

This is not a passive coordination or reporting role.

We are looking for someone who understands technology, works confidently with government stakeholders and vendors, and takes ownership of project monitoring, follow-up and closure.

The ideal candidate should have exposure to:

- GovTech / e-Governance project planning & monitoring

- SDLC, software development, code/version management & release processes

- Application support, incident/issue &; change management

- Functional requirements, BRD/FRD, testing &; UAT

- Web applications, APIs &; system integration

- GIS, mapping &; spatial layers

- State Data Centre (SDC), hosting & IT infrastructure

- Cyber-security audits, VAPT, certification & compliance

- Backup, DR/BCP & IT security documentation

- Dashboards, MIS &; project reporting

What you will do:

- Track project plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables

- Closely monitor software development and implementation

- Persistently follow up with vendors, SIs and technology teams





- Maintain action trackers with clear owner, commitment, deadline and status

- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document decisions/MOMs

- Identify delays, risks and dependencies proactively

- Prepare accurate, current and fact-based status reports

- Escalate issues and follow them through to closure We are looking for someone exceptionally proactive.

Someone who doesnt simply ask “What’s the status?”

Instead : What was committed? -> What is actually delivered? -> What is pending? -> Why? -> Who owns it? -> By when? -> What is blocking it? -> What action is required? -> Is it closed? Track -> Follow Up -> Validate -> Document -> Escalate -> Close.
