Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Trainer who can deliver classroom and hands-on practical training to students/trainees in electrical systems, industrial electrical equipment, wiring, troubleshooting, and basic automation. The trainer will be responsible for developing practical skills and preparing trainees for industry-oriented employment. Practical training, assessments, lab management, and safety are common components of electrical trainer roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in Electrical Engineering.
- Train candidates on:
- Electrical wiring and installation
- Electrical circuits and control systems
- Motors, starters and transformers
- Switchgear and protection systems
- Electrical panels and control panels
- Testing and measuring instruments
- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
- Basic PLC, HMI, VFD and industrial automation concepts, where applicable.
- Demonstrate practical applications and supervise laboratory activities.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments and practical exercises.
- Conduct regular tests, practical assessment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
