Job Summary

Job Summary : Enterprise Telephony (Cisco + MS+ Unify) -Enterprise Video Conf. (Cisco + MS) -Humly & Barco -Webcast/Broadcast (Teams)

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Service Delivery & Operations Manage end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Collaboration and Unified Communications services. Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of voice, video conferencing, meeting room, and webcast platforms. Drive SLA, KPI, and operational excellence across global support teams. Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and business-critical event support. Enterprise Telephony Oversee Microsoft Teams Phone, Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SBCs, SIP Trunks, and Unify OpenScape platforms. Manage telephony lifecycle activities including provisioning, migrations, capacity planning, and upgrades. Ensure high availability of enterprise voice services. Video Conferencing & Meeting Rooms Manage Cisco Webex, Cisco Video Endpoints, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Teams Meeting solutions. Oversee meeting room technologies including: Humly Room Display & Booking Systems Barco ClickShare Wireless Presentation Solutions Room Scheduling and Resource Management Drive meeting room modernization initiatives.



Webcast & Broadcast Services Manage Teams Town Halls, Teams Live Events, Webinars, Executive Broadcasts, and Virtual Events. Ensure successful delivery of large-scale enterprise broadcasts. Coordinate rehearsal sessions, production support, and executive event management. People & Stakeholder Management Lead L1, L2, and L3 support teams. Manage customer escalations and executive stakeholders. Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and capability development. Collaborate with vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Barco, Humly, and telecom providers. Governance & Reporting Service reviews and operational reporting. Incident, problem, change, and capacity management. Budget planning and resource forecasting. Risk and compliance management.
